A colour value table with RGB values. |
Including your own colour tables It is easy to integrate more colour systems into the DIGITAL COLOUR ATLAS. Simply create a text file in which the respective CIELab or RGB values for the colours are entered line by line.
Do a spectral photometric measurement and enter them line by line in a text file (many of the colour measuring devices do this automatically). For this the settings according to CIE 1976 should apply. 10°-observer (CIE 1976) · lighting D65
You can also take any colour from any given programme. For this purpose you go to the desired colours with the colour atlas pipette and read the respective lab values out of the colour atlas main window. You can then enter these line by line into a text file. If you have colour or cloth patterns to measure, then it makes sense to buy a good scanner with which the colour value can be extracted via pipette. If there are less colour samples, the use of the EasyMatching is senseful for the maximaum reachable quality. During the colour extraction the monitor should be set to: Standard RGB (sRGB) · and the illuminant should be set to 6500°K
Further systems from us We also are constantly measuring new colour systems. These tables are then made available to all registered users for free on our support page. You can also send us your colour samples or fandecks. If these colours
are interesting to other users, we will measure them free of charge. |
